In addition to her more than two decades of experience advising, developing and partnering with senior leaders in global MNCs like Celtel, Microsoft and Oracle, Folake Adeniyi-Adeleye (Coach FAA) is a Certified Executive Coach of the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) United Kingdom, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). To become a PCC Coach, a ICF coach must complete at least 125 hours of coach-specific training and needs to have accumulated at least 500 hours of coaching experience.
Her career spans management consulting and strategic advisory, oil & gas, telecommunications and technology, including senior leadership roles with Microsoft and Oracle. That experience gives her a rare vantage point: she understands leadership not only from the perspective of a coach, but from years of sitting alongside senior executives, navigating complex organisations, talent, transformation, influence and high-stakes business environments.
Today, Coach FAA partners primarily with accomplished C-suite, board and founder women who know they are capable of more—but are ready to translate their experience and expertise into greater opportunity, influence, impact and income.
