Certified Executive Coach. OD & Leadership Development Consultant. Trusted Strategic Advisor to C-Suite, Boardroom and Founder Women Preparing for What’s Next.

Many call me Coach FAA – and my work today sits at the intersection of executive coaching, leadership transformation and organisational strategy.

Find the Clarity You Need to Make Your Next Big Career Move!

I am an ICF PCC, Certified Executive Coach and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, with more than two decades of experience spanning management consulting and strategic advisory, oil & gas, telecommunications and technology. My corporate career included senior global HR leadership roles with organisations such as Microsoft and Oracle, giving me first-hand experience of the complexity, politics, pace and expectations that come with leading in global organisations.

Today, I bring that experience into my work as a full-time Executive Coach and Organisation Transformation Consultant, partnering with accomplished women in the C-suite, boardroom and business who are navigating a pivotal moment: they know they have more to offer—and they are ready for what comes next.

My work is not simply about helping you become a better leader. It is about helping you claim your value, shift how you see and position yourself, increase your leadership currency and unlock what’s next—whether that means stepping into a bigger role, securing a board seat, expanding your business, making a strategic career move, reinventing yourself for bigger opportunities or creating the ecosystem for more financial freedom.

What I Believe

I believe accomplished women don’t necessarily need another qualification, another title or another certificate.

Sometimes, the shift required is more fundamental. It is about how you think, see yourself, position your value and leverage the leadership assets you already possess—your voice, presence, reputation, relationships, influence, expertise and executive brand.

Competence may get you into the room. But your ability to translate and leverage your value determines what happens once you’re there—and what opportunities become possible next.

My Approach

My coaching style is empathetic, practical and action-oriented. I create the space for honest reflection while challenging clients to think beyond familiar patterns, recognise blind spots and make the decisions that their next chapter requires.

Fun & Life Facts about FAA

  • I am an unapologetic foodie and culinary enthusiast; I travel not just for work but to explore cultures and to sample cuisines….no trip is complete without sampling local cuisines, or even better, going on a food tour

  • I thoroughly enjoy going on cruises. Aside from the bonding time with my hubby (and foodie/ enjoyment partner), Adeniyi and our two Gen Z daughters, that part when you are at sea and see nothing but water, totally refreshes and calms me. That’s my therapy!

  • I once lost my job and felt like a failure. That experience refined me and forms the very fabric of who I am today.

  • My battle with adult acne taught me that recovering from emotional scars is a journey; our physical features good or bad must not determine our self-worth.

  • I have my own Coach. He helped birth Coachivate, still drills me and holds me super accountable.

  • I don’t plan to retire! I may slow down and manage my time and schedule better, but I will not retire from pouring out and impacting others!

Because your next chapter doesn't simply require more from you. It requires a shift in you.

I'm On A Mission!!

Many call me Coach FAA (from my full name Folake Adeniyi-Adeleye). I’m on a mission to get more women of colour (WOC) and other workplace minorities into the global C-suite so they are seen, heard & relevant and live the befitting life they truly deserve.

I work with senior level executives to develop their leadership skills, build their confidence, and navigate challenging assignments. I’ve helped plenty of female executives, business leaders, and high achievers accomplish their goals by helping them understand what’s holding them back, find their voice and develop their presence.

Some of my clients have included female executives, emerging leaders and high achievers in global corporations and conglomerates such as Standard Bank, First Bank, McKinsey, PWC, Total, British Petroleum, Dangote, Nestle, JTI, Reckitt Benkiser, ING, Diageo, Microsoft and the United Nations.

My coaching style is empathetic and action-oriented. I work with clients to identify their limiting beliefs, develop solutions, and create a plan of action to sustain their newly framed mindsets. Clients often say that partnering with me gives them clarity, helps them feel more confident such that they are noticed, recognised and many times promoted in their executive careers.

In successfully developing the right mindset and building vital skillset, I worked with female executives, business leaders and high achievers, as individuals and corporate clients to:

  • Get clarity on what’s keeping them stuck and how to make progress
  • Deepen their understanding of what makes them unique for increased confidence
  • Discover their purpose, find their signature voice and develop compelling presence that gets them seen and heard
  • Successfully land and transition into senior corporate leadership and board roles
  • Awaken the courage that gets them seen and heard in the C-suite so they inspire confidence in the minds of their stakeholders that they get the job done

Through my interactions with executive leaders, I gained a deep understanding of what it takes to be successful in the C-suite. It became clear that competence alone was not enough. To show up strong and stay relevant in global leadership roles, one needed continuous learning, flexibility, and adaptability.
